Mardi Gras Madness

Party Girl is hitting the Mardi Gras scene like never before and while we are certainly there to get some partying done, we do have loftier goals in mind. We are, simply put, on the hunt for the most independent, fantastic dressers on the scene.

We'll be snapping pics and giving you dear readers a chance to vote and we're asking you to join us.
