GOOD DAY

We enjoyed seeing The Independent Weekly spotlight one of Lafayette's best-kept secrets, culinary treasure Sandra Day ("Day in the Life," Feb. 23).

"Chef Sandy" is as talented at creating masterpiece taste delights as she is at being so inventive with multi-geographic cuisine. She can just as easily prepare boiled crawfish to satisfy the most exacting Cajun palette as she can European and Middle Eastern dishes to impress everyone else.

No one knows food like Sandy.
