I am anxious to try the new format at Pamplona (“No Bull,” Jan. 28 ). I had the pleasure to eat there on a number of occasions and agree the food was excellent. However the price of the tapas approached those of entrees at excellent eateries in the area, and the portions were very small. Your appetite was aroused, but you were still hungry and busted. I thought of it as a gastronomic strip club; you dropped a few hundred dollars and still had to go home or elsewhere for satisfaction.
